Saturdays 6pm -11pm. Born in Ft. Worth, TX, Rowdy Yates grew up surrounded by radio as the son of legendary Texas newsman Joe Holstead. He got his start on-air at just 15 and went on to work in cities like New Orleans, Oklahoma City, and Houston. A three-time Disc Jockey of the Year nominee, Rowdy is a 2013 ACM Award winner and the youngest inductee into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame. His show features country favorites from the mid-’70s through the mid-’90s, from Urban Cowboy to Hot Country.
